A belated Happy New Year all around!** Today is the last day of January and now gearing up to kick things off in February with shows, creative projects, voice-over work and fine tuning so many other aspects of myself and life in general. Excited to see what 2024 has in store! Stay tuned… ;)

Well, it’s December 23rd and I’m finally winding down and welling up with excitement to spend the Christmas Holidays with my family and loved ones. It’s been a fascinatingly busy season these past few months with performances and I am incredibly grateful. Feeling all of the blessings in my life, I will relish in all the love and joy and reciprocate until I’m blue in the face… and beyond.

Wishing you all a wonderfully happy, healthy and joy filled holiday season.***

Hello!!! It’s been a minute since my last update! That’s a good thing, because life has been busy and buzzing with projects, performances and quality time spent with family and friends. I am eternally grateful to say the very least. Taking a breather for this month of August from deadlines, etc.. relishing in the lovely consistent weather we’re having in New York (most days, anyway) and simply “Being” - In recent months, there’s been a couple changes of plans due to life taking on a different direction. This leaves a mental space to try new approaches to music and the creative process. Going back to basics and edging on new ideas and I shall repeat, new music. That’s right, with the hopes of writing cool, interesting and always melodic new material. Perhaps even bruising the cobwebs off of a few of my older, unrecorded but pretty darn good original songs. Ah but first, we chill! Allowing more of this “Being” during the remaining days of August. Yesssss …..

That moment when you start to feel restless and excited… about the unknown! That is my energy flow at the moment. Prepping for an exciting series of shows with The Losers Lounge, less than two weeks away! Acting out my alter egos (Debbie Harry and Chrissie Hynde) is a privilege that I don’t take for granted. Feeling my feminine power through song is so profound. These women are the embodiment of this (for me) so rare and so impactful. They are amongst my heroes who have impacted me as a woman (after my Mom). I am grateful to say the very least.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!***

After taking time for some reflection of all that has impacted me in 2022 and having a fun filled, family holiday season with much needed relaxation thrown in, I’m ready to embrace and take part in the incredible adventures that await in 2023. Stay tuned….

Remembering a few truly beloved artists who have recently left us:

Olivia Newton-John, Christie McVie and Irene Cara. Three incredible talents who graced our world with their unique voices and pure magic. I personally resonate deeply with Olivia and Christie, both having made such a big impact on me from a young age and throughout the stages of their long, abundant and largely celebrated careers. Irene’s voice blaring on the radio as a school girl is a memory that I’m blessed to have. I’m grateful that I can always reach into my incredible music collection and have myself a fabulous time with these songbirds… these angels. So I say to you three…

Thank you for your beauty… thank you for the music.

Ready for Autumn magic! This time of year always brings a fresh sense of renewal and energy for me. The coolness in the air and the beautiful colors of the changing leaves makes me feel inspired. There’s a gorgeous horizon before me… I can see it clearly. I plan on having some fun as I head my way forward…. ***

Middle of Summer and enjoying every bit of it! Looking forward to being back at Lincoln Center on the 21st (please refer to my ‘Performances’ page for details!) Most importantly, staying away from the ‘news’. Although, well aware of the insanity our country and the world have been experiencing, I prefer to keep my sights on the things that feel good for me. Bad stuff will always happen, no need to dwell on those, ever. Deal with them, then…. Next! However, we wouldn’t appreciate the good stuff without them. On that note, time to get on with enjoying my Summer. You do the same!

New music projects once again underway. A couple of cool new tracks by 2F (which consists of yours truly and Roger Fife of rofiproductions, London, UK) More details to come...

In addition, I’ll be revisiting my solo material. Details coming soon!

Summer is almost here, filling the air with excitement. In recent news events regarding unheard of gun violence in our country, I believe it’s important to put even more focus and energy toward lightness and humanity in general. Let’s send healing thoughts to those who have lost loved ones and let’s keep ourselves in a beautiful state of well being, using everything we’ve got. I look forward to spreading more beautiful music around and being part of the glory that is humanity.

It may be cold outside, but my heart is beating with excitement for all of the uncertainty that lies before me. What is certain, however, is a single that I co-wrote (lyrics/melody) for a South African production was just released. Sung by the beautiful Monique Hellenberg of South Africa. Conveying the beaufiful dynamic textures, colors, struggles and triumphs of the people of South Africa, honoring the late and great Nelson Mandela. You can find the single on Spotify under “Kunye” wich means Together in South African. I wonder what else I may have sturring up in my bag of goodies? TBC..

A new year, new energy, new insights and new ventures. Change is in the air and it’s going to be great. Stay tuned…

It’s been a minute since I’ve written any updates. Well, officially back at Joe’s Pub as of last Saturday 11/6 for a private, fully packed house event with The Losers Lounge and boy was it a blast!! Along that realm, the holidays are slowly surfacing and I’m excited for the sparkles of decorations we’re all about to be engulfed with from neighbors, shops, and all who participate in celebrating this time of year. Right now, enjoying the Fall freshness and the gorgeous array colors of ever changing leaves on lush tall trees. Love it.

Next to arise is a new song cover project with Tom Gambale, video in tow. What is it you ask? I’ll keep that a secret for now. ;^) … See you back here soon!

I’m honored to have participated in a fun and beautiful project with the ever wonderful Tom Gambale in his Under The ‘Covers’ series, performing one of the most iconic songs by Burt Bacharach, sung by the legendary Dionne Warwick. Here, I get to sing with an array of terribly talented musicians. I’m truly grateful.

Something most people don’t know about me, I’m an Elvis Presley fan and in honor of his birthday month, please check out my performance of Don’t Be Cruel with The Losers Lounge from Joe’s Pub, September 2016 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAM8ZuXLQlc
